FAQs

What is the difference between Dahabiya and other Nile River cruises?
First, Dahabiya is powered by the wind as it has no engines but the Nile cruise has engines, so you will avoid the noise of the engines and just enjoy convenience and tranquility, all you will hear is the water tickling the body of the boat and the sound of the breeze.
Second Nile cruise has approximately 65 cabins, but Dahabiya has only from 5 to 12 cabins, so you will also avoid the crowd and you will feel like it’s a private boat for you and your family.
Third, during Dahabiya sailing, we will see and visit islands in the river and villages along the banks, where the huge cruise ships never come to.
What's the weather like in Egypt?
The climate is hot from May to October and cool from October to May. In the summer, it is dry and hot in most parts of the country, and humid in the Nile Delta and Mediterranean coastal areas.
