You will meet our professional tour guide at your hotel, and he will have a sign with the name of the company, then you will be transported in a private air-conditioned vehicle to ensure a comfortable tour. A special permit will be made to enter the cemetery of Wahtye, It is a private cemetery that is not open to everyone, so access must be made to enter and visit it, but we organize a special trip for you to visit Wahtye cemetery, which is located in the area Saqqara is a unique cemetery that contains wonderful inscriptions and drawings. The cemetery contains 24 statues carved into the rocks inside. Saqqara is one of the most essential areas that contain Greek and Roman ruins. After your tour inside the cemetery ends, you will be transferred to your hotel again.

Your Booking should be made as early as possible to guarantee the availability and to secure the spaces on the hotels, domestic flight tickets, the desired Nile cruise cabins, and other travel-related services.

once receiving the deposit, it is going to be our responsibility to start your booking process,

the required deposit is 25 %,
and during the Christmas and New Year holidays, the required deposit is 50%. This deposit forms part of your final payment.

Tipping (Baksheesh) for a job well done is customary in Egypt and expressing one’s satisfaction with good services,

Cancellation Policy

In case you cancel your trip, the following scale of charges will be applied:
From the date of booking until 41 days before your arrival, 10% of the deposit paid will be charged.
Between 40 and 30 days before your arrival date, 25% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 29 and 15 days before your arrival date 50% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 14 and 7 days before your arrival date 75% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 7 and 1 days before your arrival date 100% of the entire tour price will be charged.

Additionally, there are cancellation fees on all domestic flights within Egypt. If you cancel a tour at any time, you will be subject to any fees according to the airline’s cancellation policy.
