1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Tour Egypt Club website and booking any of our travel services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2 Booking & Payment

When you make a booking through our website:

• You confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
• A deposit may be required to secure your reservation, with the balance due before the trip departure date.
• We accept payments via credit card, debit card, and bank transfer as indicated during checkout.
• All prices are quoted in the currency displayed at the time of booking and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Prices are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed and payment is received.

3 Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus any non-refundable administrative fees.
• 15–30 days before departure: 50% refund of the total trip cost.
• Less than 15 days before departure: No refund will be issued.
• No-show: No refund will be issued for no-shows.

4 Traveler Responsibilities

As a traveler booking through Tour Egypt Club, you are responsible for:

• Ensuring your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates.
• Obtaining any required visas for entry into Egypt.
• Having adequate travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, and personal belongings.
• Following all local laws, customs, and guidelines provided by our tour guides.
• Informing us of any medical conditions, dietary requirements, or accessibility needs at the time of booking.

5 Itinerary Changes

While we make every effort to operate tours as advertised, we reserve the right to modify itineraries due to:

• Weather conditions or natural events beyond our control.
• Government regulations, closures, or security concerns.
• Force majeure events including but not limited to pandemics, political instability, or natural disasters.

When changes are necessary, we will provide suitable alternatives of comparable standard at no extra cost where possible.

6 Liability & Insurance

Tour Egypt Club acts as an organizer of travel services. Our liability is limited as follows:

• We are not liable for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events.
• Tour Egypt Club is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings during the trip.
• Participation in activities such as desert safaris, diving, or hot air balloon rides is at the traveler's own risk.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and software, is the property of Tour Egypt Club or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
