At the beginning of the day, your guide will be waiting for you to inform you of all the details of this day assigned to you. We don't allow anyone to enter to visit the temple this day.and finally your guide will transfer you back to your hotel.

Your Booking should be made as early as possible to guarantee the availability and to secure the spaces on the hotels, domestic flight tickets, the desired Nile cruise cabins, and other travel-related services.

once receiving the deposit, it is going to be our responsibility to start your booking process,

the required deposit is 25 %,
and during the Christmas and New Year holidays, the required deposit is 50%. This deposit forms part of your final payment.

Tipping in Egypt

Tipping (Baksheesh) for a job well done is customary in Egypt and expressing one’s satisfaction with good services,

tipping is considered to be part of the income of the person serving you, we advise you to tip as you are willing and personally give, though non-compulsory.

Cancellation Policy

<strong><span style=”font-weight: normal;”>Cancellation requests </span>should be sent via email</strong><strong><span style=”font-weight: normal;”> to provide the Company with written confirmation that your reservation should be canceled.</span></strong>

In case you cancel your trip, the following scale of charges will be applied:
From the date of booking until 41 days before your arrival, 10% of the deposit paid will be charged.
Between 40 and 30 days before your arrival date, 25% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 29 and 15 days before your arrival date 50% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 14 and 7 days before your arrival date 75% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 7 and 1 days before your arrival date 100% of the entire tour price will be charged.

Additionally, there are cancellation fees on all domestic flights within Egypt. If you cancel a tour at any time, you will be subject to any fees according to the airline’s cancellation policy.
